KeepDose is a log for people taking a GLP-1 medication. It records the doses, injection sites, meals, water, weight, side effects and exercise you enter, and shows them back to you. It has no account; what you log is stored on your device.
KeepDose does not give medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It never suggests a dose, an injection site, or a change to your medication, schedule or taper; it records what you enter. Protein, fiber and water targets and the strength sessions are general information, not a plan made for you. Decisions about your medication, diet and exercise belong to you and your prescriber. If something worries you, contact your prescriber; in an emergency, call your local emergency number. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Food values come from a built-in list and, when you search online or scan a barcode, from Open Food Facts, an open database. They may be incomplete or wrong. Check the label when it matters.
KeepDose is free to use, with an optional Premium subscription billed through the Apple App Store under its terms. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. We never see or handle your payment card.
Because KeepDose has no account, your log exists only on your device and in your own device backup. We cannot see it and cannot restore it for you. You can export it or erase it at any time in Settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use the app to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including a missed or mistimed dose reminder, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
These terms are between you and New Day Industries LLC, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
We may update these terms; the date above changes, and we say so in the app when the change matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where New Day Industries LLC is organized. Questions: [email protected].
